I needed to sell my home rather quickly and having lived in Waco for 3 yrs and didn't know where to start or who to turn to, to help me with this I started to read some reviews of some realtors and I choose Trish to help me and I couldn't have made a better decision. from the time we met and went over things she went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. we were in the process of moving to our new home and there was some minor tasks that needed to be taken care of and since we were already 300 miles away from Waco she got the people needed to take care of the issues. she even went as far as getting someone to cut the grass. she showed the home for two days and it was sold in that time. Trish was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a realtor to look her up.
